Many companies have embraced communities of practice one way or another. But unfortunately, not all of them thrive. Why is that the case? And what could help companies instill practice communities better in their culture? We invited Ronan Mac Laverty, Director of Platform Development at Varian. In his recent MBA thesis, Ronan investigated how service-designed tools can be used to facilitate communities of practice in software development organizations. He's joined by Tuomas Leppilampi, who is a Digital Transformer and a DevOps team lead at Eficode.DevOpsTrends 2022: https://hubs.li/Q019XlZT0Ronan MacLaverty on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maclaver/Tuomas Leppilampi on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tuomas-leppilampi-6a2119/
