52. Ameet Patel on Hotel Development and Retail Franchising

Ameet is the Founder and Managing Partner of Thoroughbred Hospitality Group. Since its inception in 2018, THG has grown to build, own and operate over 13 hotels and 6 F&B outlets across Kentucky and Tennessee, employing over 250 employees to date. In the greater Lexington area - Ameet and the THG team are more famously known for bringing all 3 Crumbl Cookies locations to central KY, the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Brannon Crossing, the Tru by Hilton in Hamburg, and the upcoming CAMBRiA Hotel and rooftop nestled between Downtown and Campus.
