On this weeks episode of DevelopLex, we sat down with Dan Rose - founding member of Rose Grasch Camenisch Mains PLLC, a Lexington based law practice and real estate investor.
Dan has been a real estate attorney for over 40 years and carries a unique perspective as a fairly large real estate investor as well that has down about every type of real estate deal that you could imagine. He specializes in commercial real estate and has represented a wide range of clients from institutional funds to expanding concepts to “small” investors.
Dan offered invaluable insight on lessons learned along his journey in law / real estate investing, spoke on the importance of legal representation in investing (with some stories that will persuade you to seek counsel), and we spoke on how things such as how AI and speed are changing law and real estate every day.
