Episode description

From Atlanta to San Fransisco to Lexington, KY… Ralph Coldiron has sold, constructed, or project managed over $1 Billion worth of real estate in over 200 projects.

Originally from Whitesburg, KY, and migrating to Lexington through a football scholarship to Eastern Kentucky University, Ralph has worked in just about every facet of Real Estate and business development in general in Kentucky. When you look at our downtown, chances are that if you look around you’ll see a building that Ralph was somehow involved in the construction of. Today, Ralph owns Coldiron Oil, is the Director of Business Development for the Lane Report, Project Coordinator for Town Branch Park, and is extensively involved with the Lexington Children’s Hospital and various other organizations.

On this episode, we talked about the evolution of the career of one of the most influential Lexington Real Estate minds, giving back to the community, and the problems and solutions that Lexington is on the cusp of as a city.
