Helen Verroux is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, and has been in education for more than 10 years. She has worked globally and has seen the need in high schools concerning the gap between how school is and what it is supposed to be.
Senior leaders find it more and more difficult to stay true to their values due to the demand from trust, governors or the leaders of their organization to tick boxes and perform to a higher lever and therefore find it hard to create a balanced environment where their staff, students and parents are being empowered to become aspiring leaders.
School is supposed to be a thriving place where learning, growth, transformation, boundaries, values, well-being and belonging should be the #1 priorities.
