Major Richardson is the former Detachment 330 Operations Flight Commander from 2017 to 2019 and is currently the Threat Reduction & Prevention Product Manager at the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center. A product of Army ROTC at North Carolina A&T, He spent time initially as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army then transitioned into the Air Force as a Civil Engineering Officer where he has had a variety of positions within the Air Force and Air Force National Guard. He received his bachelors in Civil Engineering and has since obtained his masters, doctorate, and is currently working on his second doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University. Major Richardson dropped some insightful advice on how to be an effective cadet and officer and spoke about his career progression that brought him to where he is today. I hope you all enjoy.
