187. Karen Ehman -- Listen, Love, Repeat

Did you hear my episode with Karen Ehman that I recorded back in 2020? It is one of my favorite books of hers; it is called *Listen, Love, Repeat: Other-Centered Living in a Self-Centered World.  Her book encourages us to be more intentional and live alert. Taking our eyes off ourselves and placing them on others, we can “become a noticer” and scatter love and kindness.  I cannot wait for you to hear her share about a heartdrop; honestly, it is my favorite part.
