Feeders, diapers, and task lists oh my. At some point during the pandemic, it appears that any progress we had made in our choice of words to describe tasks that happen every in a care facility have fallen flat on their face. Why? Because language and other practices that dehumanize people and reduces them down to just tasks to be completed are making a comeback unfortunately. What can we do to help change this trend?
