episode seven: solo slater episode

Featuring yours truly sharing the birth story of our first born son, Slater.

I had a lot of fun strolling down memory lane, reminiscing about my first pregnancy and my birth experience...especially as I experience how different a second pregnancy can truly be! I tried to keep it light and fun, while also sharing some things that worked for me and some things that I hope to do differently this time around.

At the end of this episode I do a Q+A with my husband for a little male perspective on the birth experience. It was so fun to talk about this with him, and I am so thankful that he and I get to do this again :)
