Jason had asked if we prefer rolling for treasure ahead of time, or if we do it in front of the party after the monster had been defeated. He also asked if we accept the treasure as rolled, or modify it to better suit the party. James and Joe answer these questions, and Joe also talks abotu his way of handling wandering monsters.
