I I think on most it didn't but it was crazy WIC. It just shows you how much leverage we have in the system.
There was some light rumours of Coinbase going down amid massive increases in traffic into crypto. Anecdotally, the guy and I put this up this morning. The guy who runs the coffee shop that I go to every single day, he asked me today if he should be buying Dogecoin. He was like, thinking about maxing out my Amex and buying Dogecoin. That was. Like. No, no, 100% serious. She was like, yeah, my mate did it.
He's like, from South America. He's like, my mate did it from Kurosaw and he's like doubled his money. And I'm thinking about doing it myself. And I was just like, I I don't even know what to respond to that, but the signs were there. OK, it's a weird one, right? Like. I had a friend text me a few weeks ago say should I buy Harambe? We've been saying that on the show that it was the best risk reward. I had that one up, had that one on up to my eyeballs yesterday on lower. And then other than that though altcoins aren't are still kind
of lagging. Like if I look across the board at like some of the top altcoins, T is still 17, say, still 90. So we kind of unchanged like everything but but Bitcoin, Ethan, and then Solana. And then what you really saw was the the meme coin started to pick up. So you had Doge, I think is up the most today. Obviously Doge has barely moved for like fucking, I don't know, two years now and then suddenly
you had a big increase. I think it's up like 25% today, which is, yeah, quite big for for like for Doge. But like obviously it's had huge, huge moves in the past as well. And the rest of the meme coin space like Bonk I think nearly hit 2 billion. And with Whiff's kind of just hanging out actually where I kind of where I was yesterday. But it's that got all the way as, you know, it went all the way up to 900, didn't it?
Right. So whiff's up all, all memes are up, particularly soul ecosystem stuff as well. So with Solana back at 132 people, you know, moving down the risk curve, what else can I buy? So you had, yeah, like a bunch of the recent, the, the, the, the recent air drops on Solana have have all moved higher. Jeter moved higher. What's the name of the pup? Jupiter moved higher. No way, no way. Jupiter popped. Dude Jupiter's up 20%. Whoa, that's crazy. Well, it's not really.
Correct. Like I think a lot of it was the obvious move like once Solana moved and was like, well you know to be honest though I think Solana had been underperforming itself versus like for example it's meme coins. I guess what the ecosystem coins hadn't really moved yet.
So it makes sense that you saw like a big catch up in things like Jupiter in this sort of. But now it just like remains to be seen what's going on. There's a lot of rumours happening at the moment with Solana, like I told you about the the FDX locked locked Sol, which apparently is like trade changing hands in a private cell it seems. So that has been a bit of an overhang. The fact that it pumped makes me feel like maybe there's been a
resolution to that. There's there's some rumours that that that has happened that like yeah, I mean there have been rumours for a couple of days about it that like AVC had basically bought the the FTX Solano and was now doing some form of a financing for it so. And that that had been an overhang for Solana for the last few months.
So I think I think that was just well timed basically and you kind of saw it yesterday like as soon as you had that Wick Solana kind of picked straight back up like there was definitely a buy for it right now. So I broke through it's it's recent high which is like 127 I think like the the kind of 2022 area would point to like 140 areas being the next like point of resistance. But you know, then if you zoom out on that Solana chart, it does look pretty nice, you know,
there. You. Go like there's a lot of. There's a lot of empty space if it breaks. If it breaks, it's. Like here, right? Wait, no. Aren't people talking this area here like 70s? Well, like I mean you can see where the last one was like it got like 140 area back in 2022, April 2022 and that was a bit of a point of resistance. So I imagine like you could easily hit some resistance there but like if it breaks that then to be honest like none of those seem like big resistance levels
like you could smash. So that's why I I liked it just because it felt like there was a lot of upside. At the same time like people are getting very built up on ETH again, you know like this these ETH, these BTCETF volumes, there was another 600 million yesterday. It's doing 6 billion of of just trading volume a day like this is this is absolutely wild in terms of trad fire adoption
here. I think I saw today the Bitcoin, the Bitcoin market cap's about to eclipse the silver market cap which is kind of wild and you just see mad mad adoption. So if it does get the green light, you know I think people get very pulled up on it It it obviously been outperforming for a long, long time. That's not a new narrative, but so the fact that Solana moves, I think makes, you know, still makes sense on a day like yesterday. But it does feel like a lot of people getting bullish.
Even even Kramer was getting bullish. I think, I think I saw a tweet out before that he he got a. Flash crack between Kramer. And maybe that's yeah, that's definitely not a good sign. But those are the movers. If you're involved in Solana anything sole ecosystem, any memes, you probably had a good day yesterday. That being said, the Lev like bring up the heat map for if you. Don't want to. I refuse to because I'm part of it.
Bring up the heat map, it's there's definitely some DJN shit going on at the moment like I am. Why is so? Why is it so yellow? I've never seen it sore yellow and I've been hoping. It's all yellow here, and it's been a full yellow for about the last 12 hours. But last 24 hours like look, just go on to like Solana funding for example, or Bitcoin funding if you just hover over. So yeah, it was a 12 then, 120 now or 90. 5. 35 so it's like a 10X in funding.
Now again, what does this mean? It just means if you are like many people using leverage like you've gone 34510 X times levered to try and get those moves, it means you're effectively playing 100% of the of the amount that you are levered long in funding. So for example for example if you had 10K and you did a a Hun a 10X levered trade.
So let's say you have the equivalent of of 100K position on it means you're paying 100 KA year, 100 KA year just to have that position on not ten KA 100K. So you have 10K, you put on a 10X times trade. You're paying 100 KA year to put on that trade. This is some you know this is just wild like I haven't seen, I
haven't seen this. I mean the the difficult thing is is because everyone kind of knows is it's definitely a game of hot potato going on right now in that everyone knows it's like this but every single day Bitcoin goes up 5%. So it's like, it doesn't matter if you're paying, you know you're paying high funding. If every day Bitcoin goes higher, what it does matter is the one day that Bitcoin doesn't go higher, everyone is going to get absolutely destroyed.
Like the faintest whiff of Coinbase. Maybe having some technical issues meant that alts dropped like 3040%. Yeah, and this is also at a point where a lot of things are looking overextended, like the RSI. On, on, on on by different coins in the overbought. I think like the easiest way to think about that is the fair and greedy index is pushing beyond like 80 at the moment. This is really overextended. So if you're using leverage, I think use it, just use it
wisely. I would say there's not like yesterday I did put on quite a lot of leverage, but I did it after the WIC which smashed out everything and this morning I took it off. I took off a a big, big portion of it because for me every single day there's at least going to be one of these sort of like semi semi moves like all you have. Like let's just paint the
picture. Gary Gensler may not approve ETF, it may just be some dumb headline from matrix port again and things will get absolutely destroyed. So just like, I think you just got to be cognizant of that. There's there's probably going to be an opportunity to get out of stuff. Sorry, get into stuff on, I know, a fake rumour, a real rumour. Like yesterday it was Coinbase, today it'll be something like there'll be something, but then I think you again, then you can
resume the uptrend. I don't think anyone's denying that Blackrock's buying 600 million of Bitcoin every single day, but you've got to be very, very wary using leverage. I think we have to wait before we see you know if you look at some of these other coins like big time and zai and other gaming stuff where where they came their big air drops, they just had this consolidation
period. And then you know even maybe even meme meme as well from from meme land guys to have the two one or two days of consolidation and then they seem to go higher after that. So we'll see if this is the case or not. With portal I I, you know I really thought this would be higher because it was trading higher on wells that market and we've had a really strong market and Bitcoin has moved from 55 to like 63 K. So I'm kind of surprised it's not as high, but you know I guess lots of people have just received free money from farming and the first thing they do is probably going to sell. going to get rewards. So like a lot of these, I think they'll be like oh right, you stake we're going to partner with this game, you're going to get some of like they're going they you know the classic AirDrop model. Now I think you're going to hear about how it can get built out, but I'd like the infrastructure plays in gaming. Like I think the more risky ones are when you buy like an individual game and if you can buy these sort of infrastructure plays, I think they can be, they
can be useful. Again, This Is Us talking with with big bags, but that's kind of why we invested like we felt like it was a it was a more diversified play than just like owning one game and hoping that it works out similar to like zai for example. I guess it's different to zai in terms of how it's an infrastructure. But if you have something which is a you can plug in various different games into, and so it's not just a a bet on like one studio, one game it can be, it can be very useful.

Mirror a lot, like on the show. So that's why when when Hannah on our team was like, yeah, you want to do something with Black Mirror? I'm like, fuck yeah, I want to do something with Black Mirror. I watched the show in like 1 weekend, the whole thing. Pretty sure we've talked about it on here before. But what what what is it that you guys are doing with Black Mirror?
Exactly. Yeah, so basically Smile Club is yeah, as as mentioned it's a, it's a it's a digital community that we're developing with the Black Mirror franchise. The first experience is designed around the episode Nosedive. In that episode Nosedive, it looks into how social media impacts individuals self worth in many ways, right. Everyone's actions are being voted and rated upon and in many ways you have a social score that pretty much dictates your
standing in society. So those are the rules of this world and we thought, well, let's take this and let's bring this to Web 3 because it's it's going to be a pretty fun experience to let you know, let people play in this reality in some way and in many ways reach your five star Destiny with Black Mirror. So what does that mean? Well, you can essentially become a character as part of this
experience. You can participate in different quests and experiences and you can earn points and rewards and those rewards can be basically ranged from a whole set of different curated experiences, NFTS and more that we're developing. But really, it's the start of a whole sort of immersive have experiences with the Black Mirror franchise. The way you get in on the website is you have to smile for about a few seconds.
It will register your smile and once you're in, you can start referring other friends to also start smiling as well. If you have the more points you get, you know your webcam might be locked to your yeah because. Of this. Like, what is that? Where? I get it because I have my camera on this thing, but yeah, it's pretty cool, right? Yeah, so basically pick up your smile, you smile for a few seconds and then once you're in,
you're registered. And from there you can basically start inviting your friends to get XP, the top 1000 people get guaranteed allow list and then everyone else, if you're registered, you know you will be part of some layer of this experience, but it's going to be really fun.
I mean, we're blurring the lines between storytelling and web three, Co creation, community ownership, and taking this really dystopian brand and then bringing it into the communities to come and play with it in in some fun ways. So yeah, it's going to be cool. This is pretty cool. I saw Adam Mochas involved of course, and you guys know a bunch of cool stuff. So for everybody who gets wants to get involved in this, it's actually, it's actually pretty
bad, honestly. And I love that you guys are put on the nose dive article, nose dive episode, which was like that was a wild one like that. That's the one with the girl right where she has social score and it keeps going down and down and down and down and down and down and then like she and then like she like ends up. I don't know like it was like I forgot which one it was but it's the one where where where where she just lost her shit because her social score kept going
down. So that was that was a solid episode right there. So what You know what makes you guys different right. Like obviously like Black Mirror's a big IP. I think any everybody knows the that the the show at this stage it's actually weird doing this with you. I feel like I'm in an episode of Black Mirror. It's. Just a very Black Mirror esque, doesn't it? Right. It's super weird. Yeah, I'll. Tell you yeah I know I'll tell you and that's that's the point in many ways right.
So you what we're going to do I think why would why is it different I mean first of all it's it is this really dystopian franchise and and would kind of play into that story to you know just have some fun is going to be interesting. But it's also such a huge IP that we're going to tell the story and experience across so many different channels.
Like you'll see things happening on the larger screens and festivals and even places like Times Square all the way down to things happening on a more sort of micro level. But I think what's going to be really fun is like you'll find yourself as a participant in our experience and then you might end up in an episode, you might end up somewhere else that you wouldn't expect. So there's going to be many twists and turns. We've got many icons and partners who are helping build this world.
And you know, it's going to definitely be a very participatory experience. Like it's I don't think any. You can compare it to many others because you will find yourself in in in the episode, in the storyline, in in many ways and you can shape the direction of it with your behavior. Damn. OK, so someone wants to be part of this right now because they get excited as Black Mirror. Like, for example, like, my girlfriend's not too involved in our ecosystem, though she has,
like, she comes to all advanced. Like she's obviously she's got a thing. But I sent her this. She's like, Oh my God, that's so cool, right? Because we watched Black Mirror together. Like, she's the one who made me, like, really sit down and watch the whole thing for a moment. True story. I couldn't watch Black Mirror because it was too weird for me because I feel like I live in an episode of it, being in the industry and social media, and I was like, yo.
Then I accepted to watch it and I was glued one weekend, the whole thing, the whole thing top down. It's a true story, but so how does one get involved? It's like no signing required, no seed phrase, nothing that are like you go, you put your camera, you smile and you do it and then what? So that that's it.
So you go to the website you smile you're registered you can put your e-mail address or wallet, you know you connect. We're not saving any images or pictures. So your you own your smile, don't worry, we're not capturing any of those or saving them, right. So that's the first thing people get obviously like scared about doting and stuff like that. No private information is being saved. It's just measuring your smile. You've got to be smiling for this experience.
So once you're in, yeah you you're registered and in principle you are on the allow list to to at least get notified about the drop. You can start any points we'll we'll go live with the mid-day on the 12th and then from there the experience starts rolling out. If you are obviously on the allow list, you've got an NFT

Yeah, I mean it's you know bases, they've they've been real supporters of us like when we're thinking about where would this like IP live and where will the experience really sort of grow. Base was such a natural fit because it's really you know about the culture and at the same time there are real products being built there, right. You can see experiences that could reach millions very soon I
think with that ecosystem. So that was a big thing for us was this isn't just about a drop, it's also about product experience that can onboard new people into the ecosystem. And this the, the collaboration with Base is going to be, you know, really about bringing more people in and using Black Mirror to, you know, help grow the Web 3 space as well. But obviously basically about the culture, right? It's art and it's community and there's really cool projects and
and technology there. So for us it's also like how does this, you know, fit into that ecosystem where there's actual raw products to play with and and and you know, not just a drop.
