In Deuteronomy 7:6 the call of Israel is defined, He also has a calling on the Church which is made up of both Jewish and Gentile believers. The calling of Israel and the Church is to "... proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light ... " 1 Peter 2:9-10
