Episode description

Lauren Friedman, Founder and CEO, LFE by It Seemed Like A Good Idea Time Enterprises LLC, an umbrella brand focused on Complex Trauma – so pervasive and so obvious that it’s hiding in plain sight from professionals AND persons living in perennial chaos. A Pediatric Complex Trauma Nonprofit to launch.

Lauren, a prolific 20-year AdTech (Advertising & Technology) veteran, experienced almost four decades of disparate somatic responses to trauma without being properly diagnosed. Lauren has been being treated for Adrenal Fatigue/High-Functioning Complex PTSD since December 2021 after "living" in Survival Mode unknowingly from under the age of two thru 39.

Ironically, Lauren was born with a natural ability to connect with others, while being incredibly disconnected from herself.  A walking picture of Complex Trauma – and once you see life through the lens of trauma, you can’t unsee it.

Through Lauren’s transformative, jaw-dropping, can’t make this sh*t up, navigating and healing lifelong Complex Trauma and Sobriety Spectrum™ journey, her soul’s purpose and mission on this planet became clear.

Now Lauren (LFE) is Championing the HOW-ARE U HEALING™ Revolution as a trauma-informed connector and storyteller. Breaking stereotypes, barriers to entry and baffling with brilliance on a global scale, by helping humans find connection, inspiration, education and support.
