I was born and raised in the sweetest little town called Appleton, Wisconsin, where people are welcoming and there is no shortage of kindness. Adulthood brought with it 3 great sons, residential stays all over the United States, one in England, and another in South Africa, inspiring my work with a deep appreciation for the cultural fabric of global community. Painting is the joy of my life and I get no greater pleasure than sharing it with you.

The big colors of my work are the physical representation of my passion for the interactivity of daily life. The hum of a city, language and music, the way our lives weave into and out of the storylines of others'. Abstract art contains no subject but should evoke feelings and passion. You don't have to understand it. When it speaks to you you'll know.
