Today, we discuss cardiopulmonary bypass with special guest, Dr Ivan Rapchuk. We expand upon the information from part 1 with a few case scenarios.  In these, we talk about the sequence of events that occurs when transitioning a patient onto cardiopulmonary bypass, 'crashing' onto bypass, variations to typical cardiac bypass and how to remove a patient from cardiopulmonary bypass.
