Deconditioning is the central concept in Human Design and a mysterious process that is supposed to last 7 years after which we emerge renewed and blissfully aligned with who we really are. If only it was this easy. The real deconditioning, which starts with replacing unmediated psychological responses with mediated ones and requires unparalleled humbleness and awareness, is full of pitfalls, confusion, and disbelief. In this episode, I will give you a simple step-by-step guide on how to begin your deconditioning journey.  We will discuss the psychology and examples of conditioning; talk about all the ways our conditioned selves make us really good at what we are not and why we hold on to our disruptive patterns for dear life. We will move on to discovering the early deconditioning traps for each of the Human Design types and realizing why deconditioning is so challenging indeed.
