Here's the plan for May:Ā Ā
- May 5:Ā Tops
- May 12: Bottoms
- May 19: One-pieces
- May 26: Outerwear & Accessories
Here are the categories I use for separating and storing tops:
- Long-sleeve t-shirts
- T-shirts
- Tank topsĀ
- Bra-tops
- Hang up tops
Here's your method:

A ā Awareness
Remember your why.
Why are you decluttering? What do you want your closetāand your morningsāto feel like? -
B ā Breathe
Regulate your nervous system.
Take a few deep breaths. This process can stir up emotionsāstay grounded and gentle with yourself. -
C ā Choose
Intentionally keep what you love.
Ask: Do I feel good in this? Does this fit my life now? Would I buy it again? -
D ā Declutter
Let go of what no longer serves you.
Release anything that doesnāt support who you are todayāwithout guilt. -
E ā Eliminate
Physically remove it from your home.
Donate, recycle, or give away the items youāre letting go of. Donāt let the pile linger.
