Increasing Awareness of Hepatitis Delta

Hepatitis delta virus (HDV) is the most severe form of viral hepatitis, yet many patients go undiagnosed. Increasing HDV awareness is an important step to correct this and ensure that at-risk patients receive screening and then treatment and monitoring following a positive test.
