To be discharged from Bankruptcy means that you are released from your obligations to repay all debts that have been included in the Bankruptcy filing. Although this is an important step in eliminating debt, the process is not complete until you receive your discharge. After you have gone through all of the requirements, your Licensed Insolvency Trustee will issue you a Certificate of Discharge.
