Fighting (on the water) and More Public Incivility; Plus, Looking for Microaggressions

The brawl on the water in Montgomery, Alabama is but another example of public incivility--it's also the inspiration for some of the best memes of the year.  But why are more and more people behaving so badly in public?

Plus, microaggressions.  They're tiny (microscopic?), intentional or maybe not, but don't worry, there are plenty of places that will teach you how to spot them and help you learn to recognize when you've been offended.
