In this episode, we have a philosophical discussion with two veteran math teachers, on alternatives to traditional grading. Carl Oliver and Nolan Fossum discuss the difference between learning and performance, how feedback can be more beneficial than traditional grades, and how both their approaches would impact teachers and students and much more!
