On February 12, 1993, two year old James Bulger went missing from the Strand Shopping Center in Bootle, Merseyside, UK while his mother paid for her purchase at the butchers shop in a crime that would shock and enrage the world. It would be two days before there were any answers, but the questions that remained would be a topic that would be hotly debated in the decades since.
