This week we bring you another long form episode, where I dive into a possible serial killer from the 90’s in St. Louis. He has been dubbed the Package Killer, and his victim count is unknown. He could very well still be active. I talk specifically about three of his victims that police believe are linked, dive into their history, and what it was like to live in St. Louis in the 90’s.
