A death doula is a bit different than a psychopomp, but is the use of one is becoming more common as more people experience how they can assist the dying and their family in a "good death". Our house is haunted. Its a large, Greek revival built about 1930 by the industrialist Reed Stone, one of the founders of Bassett Furniture.
