Lane Kennedy is today’s no-nonsense modern-day, Calm Maker, a.k.a your calm coach.

She is not your ordinary Meditation and Mindfulness teacher however,  Lane is a holistic practitioner, DNA nerd, host of The Connected Calm Life podcast, and creator of the Connected Calm Life Program and The Now What Academy. Oh, and she's a Mum too. So that's one busy life.

But through all the busy Lane has developed a way to remain calm and mindful and today she teaches her clients how to do the same.
