Hey there. We're looking for couples to write into Dear Chelsea for a very special episode that's coming up next season. So if you're a couple or a throuble who wanted to call in and get advice together, go ahead and write into Dear Chelsea Project at gmail dot com to get your questions answered. Hi there, Hi guys. We're on hiatus, but we're back with little nuggets many episodes. Yeah, because people have followed up with us about stuff we talked to them about and it's very exciting and we will

be back with season three May. Yes, we have an update from Alex from the UK, who was He called in on our Shawn Hayes episode. He was feeling sort of depressed and unmotivated and he said, since speaking with Chelsea and Shawn Hayes, have taken their advice and found it really helpful. Sean recommended that I write a list of goals and tuck it away somewhere, and Chelsea recommended that I prioritize myself care a little more and started

by downloading head Space, which is Have you used that, Chelsea? Yeah, I have used it too. It's fantastic. Ye, it's good. It's good to meanitation app especially for beginners. Yes, starting to do both of these things has really helped me focus on work when I needed to and take much needed time away as well, and has led me to making some pretty big life decisions. I'm quitting my job next month and moving across the country to move in with my boyfriend. It's time for me to stop waiting

for the right opportunity and just go for it. I'm really excited by these changes, and I'm really thankful to you guys for helping me start thinking about my life and positive changes I can make. So thank you, Alexow Alex. I'm going to take full credit for that, Alex, because I remember Shawn Hayes being here and he was fucking useless. His advice was some of the worst advice I've ever heard. I love that, I mean talk about I don't remember him saying he had a boyfriend. He neglected to tell

us that part I might be gay. Good for you, Good for you for taking your life, taking control of your life. Yes, absolutely. And our next update comes from Sarah. She was the one who had had like any boyfriend, got pregnant, had an abortion, and he was really horrible to her about it. It was on our Amy Schumer episode, so Sarah says, thanks for checking in. Things have been going really well since talking to Chelsea, and I couldn't

be more grateful for our conversation. After the podcast aired, I had friends from literally all over reach out to me and share their own stories of toxic relationships, finding love after, and even offering to put me in touch with friends of theirs who had gone through their own abortion experiences. Long story short, Chelsea truly helped me realize that I don't have to go through this process alone and that it is okay to take my time and not put this weird pressure on myself to heal and

move on. It was also very validating to hear her give me credit for the hard steps I've already taken and I've been working on also giving myself that same credit. Again, Thank you and Amy Schumer for the advice. I'm learning something from every episode that airs, so thanks for also being my weekly therapy. Wishing you all the best. Sarah. Oh, that's awesome. I love about Sarah. Thanks for giving us

an up date. Updates are the best yea. And because we don't get bad ones, because why would they I took Chelsea's advice, and now my life has ended in ruins. So far have not gotten any of my life is in tramples. Okay, good, good, good, good good vibes. This is Good Vibe podcast Good Vibes on me um. I have standing updates that I want to promote you guys. This weekend May five, I will be in Los Angeles at the Wiltern. I have two shows. Oh you guys

have coming, Oh you are already coming. You have your tickets? Great? And then Friday night, San Francisco the Masonic. There are still tickets available for the second show. There's two shows early and late. And I will be having a very special guest at my San Francisco show, somebody who also has shows in San Francisco that weekend. We will be cross pollinating our stages. Okay, excellent, all right. We'll see you guys on May twelve. Bye bye,
