Will SAFE get attached to the Omnibus Spending Bill?

 Using clips from The Garcia Band's December 1977 concert in University Park PA, Larry MIshkin and  Rob Hunt focus on politics and public cannabis businesses. As of 12/06/22 we learned that SAFE will not be added to the language of the NDAA bill based partially on McConnell's objections. The last gasp for SAFE will now be the omnibus spending bill (2023 budget) where it still has a good chance of being attached.
