  One of the most successful voter registration programs in history happened at concerts and music festivals.  Andy Bernstein the Executive Director of Head Count joins Larry Mishkin, Jim Marty and Rob Hunt  to talk about using music venues to register voters and about the Cannabis Voter Project  efforts to encourage pro-cannabis legislation.    He also shares behind the scenes Dead stories and discusses the importance of having their support.
