Char-C With CEO Nicholas Hoesing. Nick got into the cannabis industry around 2010. After graduating from high school around the 2008 financial collapse, Nick worked many jobs to make ends meet. Jumping around the job market led him to work in the cannabis industry operating under the Prop 215 model. During this time he helps collectively source products which helped him gain extensive knowledge in product. We dive into the work Nicholas has done leading up to today as well as what it's like being a Frontline Warrior in the cannabis industry.
