Well, more than likely that whatever pistol you got is easily concealable, you know, if you're running twenty two twenty two calibers, so you have a more easily concealable pistol. Suppose if you're running a large caliber. Now of course they made nine millimeters now where they've got those micro nuns. I mean they're literally like the size of your hanging well, you got really big hangs. But I've carried concealed before, and it is a pain in the

ass one hundred percent of the time. It is not Uh, it ain't like a wallet you just throw in your pocket and go. It is something you're like constantly aware of jumping into you, poking into you. Oh yeah, and like whether you're using one of those paddle holsters that goes like inside the pant you know, like they have a cool one that was like connected to a fake beeper, you know, and I think you just pull it

out real quick. But yeah, there. It's depending the ass to carry concealed, So carrying a twenty two, I think we'll we'll save you in a pinch. M Yeah. Now the now the ones that I like is uh were they were it almost like the holsters that's on the side, so you were a coat over it and it hangs on the side. Those seem like it would be the most comfortable. Yeah, yeah, there you go. Yeah, yeah, you do. You do just like that, just like that. So I would see those be the most comfortable a matter of

fact. So I've got my concealed carry in North Carolina, you technically have to have one quote unquote to be legal, but I don't. I don't never carry concealed. I carry niles, but I don't never carry a pistol

on me per se. Oh. I think it's up in the air right now whether or not they're gonna overthrow or overturned concealed permits across the country in the Supreme Court, because there's a case that has been brewing, uh that basically challenges a guy got arrested with a concealed carry, but he had a permit from a different state, and so it's being analyzed that, you know,

it might be some sort of reciprocity with concealed carry permits. But then the counter argument is, well, this guy isn't from this state, but he can carry a gun, So therefore, why do I need a permit at all? If he can just come in from his state with a permit. That's no, that's not valid here, you know. And then you know he doesn't have a permit here, why do I need a permit here?

So then it opened up the conversation to do you need a permit at all to carry conceal because you know, if you track the Bruin decision and everything that's happened since then, where they're forcing the standard to be the historical precedent, right, how does this fit into historical precedent? What is historical

precedent done here? And historical precedent says you can't do nothing like it's they're throwing out all kinds of cases I have to do with not only concealed carry stuff, but with like the pistol braces, you know, putting uh kind of limits on what the atf can do as far as them making new legislation because they're not allowed to do that. So the Supreme Court has been really

good with gun stuff. Like I think in the next couple of years, it's gonna be like everyone's gonna be walking around with guns like on all their hips and ship like it can be wild. That's what we're heading, straight back to the wild whist when you might need it, if you're in San Francisco, Portland's, Los Angeles, Chicago, in any major city, you might just need it, you know, saying it just just to peruse it, just to go to your job. You know, you might you might

need to be taken. That's just all there is to it. I know. They they gave what's her name, Grisham, new Mexico governor and there her last saying Gridge. Oh yeah. They gave her a hard time singing in. It's like no, I mean, it's like this is what ain't gonna fly. I was like, well, yeah, out if you can't get because you have to have some type of force to back up what you're trying to

enforce. So you have to have police complicit within that in order for it to even have any footing at all. When they came out and had a press conference that said, yeah, we can't fun with that, and I was like, yeah, she's she's could. She tried to get up there and I got I got a little bit of right up here. She tried to get up there on a on CNN and tried to plead plead to everybody you know about how we need to, you know, cut back on guns. And it was just in a couple of counties. Uh really, which

it ain't make no sense, but it's whatever. He is right here, well televised interviews since issuing this order. It's the governor of New Mexico, Michelle Grisham, Governor. Thank you for your time this morning, and let's get to exactly that we just heard from the sheriff. He joins the attorney general and others who say they won't enforce it, it's unconstitutional. Why do it? If? Boom? I mean, that's see it right there,

won't enforce it unconstitutional from the attorney general sheriff. I mean like she was

screwed right there. So my big question is, at what point can a law enforcement person step in and remove someone from office by arrest for violating the constitution, perhaps repeatedly, but there has to be some kind of recourse, right, Like, somebody's got to be like, this bitch is illegal and we're taking her out, And what's that line that needs to be crossed for a law enforcement person to do that, Because there has to be one.

There has to be one. There has to be at some point in time, the local fucking county sheriff who runs he has I think most people don't realize the county runs the fucking jail. Okay, So if the sheriff says, I'm not accepting any prisoners who get arrested for X, Y Z, there ain't nothing you can do about it, you're kind of fucked. Like there are no other jails to take them to. Right. You might have a city jail, but those are only temporary holding areas until you get moved

to county. Right, So when you get arrested in a municipality, unless you share a jail. You go from the city jail to the county jail before you even see a judge or any of that stuff, because it's just a holding area. But if the sheriff says, I'm not fucking accepting anybody who violates this, fucking like, if a sheriff said no more, we'd arrests, right then everybody in the county would have to abide by that because he wouldn't there would be no place to take them, right, everybody getting

a notice to appear at that point on. So at some point in time, there has to be a gross violation which can result in remove, physical removal from office. And what I would like to know the circum dances surrounding that. M Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm not I'm not sure either. What we couldn't really call that a key per se th right, no, no, not if someone did something law yeah right, right right, right, okay, all right, she's got she's got some gold

stuff in here. Let me let this thank you going. If it can't be enforced, well that's their opinion. And they have no bold actions. They don't have any plans for reducing gun violence. Every single aspect in terms of preventing gun violence. UH Funds of Crime Labs more than one hundred and fifty million for retention bonuses and recruitment of new police officers. I'm focused on one thing. We have the third highest gun related injuries in the country,

ninety percent higher than the national average. We lost, Is it true? I mean, it's hard for me to believe New Mexico has got the third highest. Are breaking bad into gangs and ship? Gotta be something like that, right? That? Just? I mean, I mean, is that right? I mean New Mexico. Guys, let us know. Is it New Mexico? I mean, what's in New Mexico? What's what's the city? I just don't understand why people live in places like New Mexico or Phoenix, like you get all the negatives of living in the fucking desert and you don't even have like the nightlife of Las Vegas. They got like a bunch of national parks. Man, I mean, so is this really worth folks to getting shot up at? In New Mexico, they got one city in the whole state, Apoquerque, and said, well they got two and then they got woods. They got woods and caverns. I mean, what do we got your? Is she right? I mean, I don't know, guys,

this this is too much for me, people are makeups. The people are making up ship on the fly down. I mean that that's just all the risk too it because but she just hasn't she got a face that just is inviting a fucking fist. Let me tell you, yea, let it keep lost one hundred and forty three children between. Let me say something. Okay, so right, when they said this is not constitutional, what did she say? Let me this bridge. We lost one hundred and forty three children between twenty seventeen and twenty twenty one. It is unacceptable, and it calls for immediate and swift and bold action, and frankly, the evidence

bears out over and over again. Fewer guns on the streets makes everyone safer, And I'm focused on No, No, that's definitely wrong. I mean, that's few goods makes everyone safer. Everyone like heo. I love how they keep saying that fewer guns on the street, But the ones who were committing a majority of the crime are criminals, Like they're just that's what they do. I mean they did form criminal activity. No criminal those they're just

disenfranchised youth. Oh that's my bad. Yeah I didn't miss it at Yeah, disenfranchised youth. I forgot about that guy. That's my bad. I'm at to keep going. It's on everyone's constitutional rights, not just those the NRA says I should be focused on. Yeah, it's not just the NRA. Here's one other concern from the sheriff. Here's what you told my college

Caitlin Collins last night. In a couple of months or a year down the road, we're the ones stuck in court and we're the ones getting sued over all of these infringement of rights and all these other court battles when I could be focusing so much more on crime. Has any law enforcement officer? Yeah, I didn't even think about that. So hold on, So if so, I guess technically what you what you were saying before is true. Like

so the sheriff would technically dictate everything that actually happened. So if he, if he enforced this, then they would be suing the sheriff. So that kind of goes back to what you were saying or the canty or whatever. Right, it would be a daisy chain of people getting fucking sued. So yeah, it's a it's a total ship show. It's a nightmare. She's an idiot, Like she has a sub one IQ Like fuck this, bitch, I'm sorry. We just need to get women out of politics entirely,

But that doesn't mean that we aren't and it doesn't mean that we don't have additional police presence, and if not, this bold action making sure that you're safe going to the grocery store, you're safe going to a baseball game,

you're safe walking on a hiking trail. There are individuals, including young people, where it's illegal today to have a handgun, openly carrying handguns. My question to law enforcement is where are you? Where are you in that young eleven? Well, we know where they are. I mean police are there to document the crime. They ken't be around for every single thing that happens. So that was a big thing when I worked for my first agency. It was a smaller agency, one hundred and fifty cops in a city

of about seventy five thousand. We would constantly have problems like repeat because you get a couple of punk kids who go out and like rummage through vehicles or something. So you'd get like a certain area would get hit a couple of nights, and then everybody'd be bitching at us for not doing anything about it, and it's like, what am I fucking psychic? Like how am I supposed to know? You know? So what they would do is they would

put out what's called a fucking what was it? I forget what It's called a special detail or a special watch in a certain area, so it would be official and it would be in the fucking things. So if someone pulled up what the what the special watches were for the month, like, you'd have a list of these are the problem areas, so it would look like

they were doing something. However, if we had one of those on a watch and an area said, hey, we're getting hit, you guys want to do extra patrols in there, and then the place would get hit again, no matter what the circumstances, no matter if we were slammed to the hill, busiest fuck doing real real stuff. If that place got hit, we would all get in trouble for it. It was so fucked up it was crazy. M yeah. Yeah. So let mean, it's just as

we say it. You're not gonna be able to there. You're not gonna be able to be there for every single incident that's happening. A lot of times. You get there once you're called, and by the time you're called, ships don't already hit the fan. I mean, it's just all there is to it. I mean, there's no other way around it. I was like, both, that's why you need a weapon, some type of weapon, because the cops are gonna be there just to document, just to chalk your body off. That's all they're gonna be

there to do and take pictures. That's gonna be it, all right. Maybe they'll find a person who did it, maybe they won't. So unless they're actually doing some type of but that's when we start getting in detective work and higher ups where they you know, doing stings and got people infiltrating games and all that shit. Say, which, that's totally different. That's totally different than you're running the meal. Somebody stood you up at the seven eleven,

you know what I'm saying. I mean, unless unless they dare getting getting a slushy and and a donut. You know what I'm saying that it probably ain't gonna be able to hip you at at all. Eleven year old freule N Viegas, Seventeen rounds were fired into that gun. Thirty five thousand rounds are fired at least annually in Albuquerque alone. You are not safe going to work, getting your prescription drugs, are going to a public park. And it wasn't just a gun, period, It's about old seventeen rounds,

what gun holds. Seventeen rounds you got, you got a few of them, You got a few of them. You get extendo clip clip, Yeah, get extendo clip. But I'm just but she said you ain't safe in the park. Albuquerquet man who getting shot in Albuquerque? I mean, you know what I'm saying. I'm That's what I want to know. How many folks getting shot? You know what I'm saying. What's the crime? Right? I ain't even heard them on the news, you know what I'm saying.

Every time every time I hear somebody somebody get getting shot, Uh, it's always Chicago, La saying friends something like that. You know what I'm saying. So let's see what we got right here. Oh, they say it pops off in Albuquerque, but it's ranked eight. It's ranked eight. I guess it pops off. Hey, they pop off in Albuquerque, Bud, I don't say hold on, hold on, hey, Hey, here's the places you don't want to be. All right, we're gonna this is

per capital win win. When is this? What's this from? I'm not sure when this is from. They go from twenty twenty May. They always be deriving results from damn four or five years ago. All Right, So Memphis, Tennessee, if you're there, you're definitely getting shot. Okay, there's no doubt about it. All right, and the number one, uh, Monroe, La, Anchorage, Arkansas? Or is that no Anchorage? That's Alaska? Is that right? Where's Anchorage Alaska? Anchor? Man?

People get people getting shot up in Alaska? Where's happening up there? This is violent crowns per one hundred thousand people. This is from twenty twenty. Okay, yeah, but that this goes violent crowds. But they won't be eighteen total murders in all of twenty twenty as opposed that. Memphis there was three hundred and twenty seven even moreau La they want with twenty three. So this is kind of skewed right here. You got Pine Bluff, Arkansas,

we know that, but still only had twenty four murders. Detroit, Michigan's fifth, but they had three hundred and eighty seven murders. Danville, Illinois, Albany, Georgia. Albuquerque in New Mexico is an eighth. They had eighty seven murders. Alexandria. U. Oh, this is Louisiana. I'm sorry, not not Louisiana twenty two and then a little rock, Arkansas. That's that's your top team as as violent crimes per one hundred thousand people.

Now, I'm guessing that's taking into account you know, people getting people getting beat up and ship like that too. But you also got to take into account on that has probably got a lot to do with the amount of people that are in those areas, So you've got different population sizes on that too.

Let's make a big difference. I wonder how much of this gun violence, and I don't think it's very much is due to the influx of migrants coming into the country, because it seemed like we're starting to have a fucking

problem. But here's what I'm having a problem with. It seems like these migrants are coming over the fucking border, they're disappearing, they're getting put on busses by the by Abbott and these fucking guys, which honestly, like is a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation, because like they don't need to be setting these motherfuckers all over the goddamn country. Like if they're at least concentrated in Texas, at least we know where to build the

fucking wall. So but uh, yeah, it seems as though they're probably not contributing too much of this gun violence. But with the we're seeing very little coverage of what's happening to these fucking migrants once they're coming into the country, and I'm a little concerned about that. Yeah, well, well we'll probably get into this right here in a few Well about one spot that they're going and it's a crises. Now, that's a that's all New York City.

So I'm gonna let her finish up on this sure that everyone is safer while we do bolder work to get at both the drug epidemic and the gun violence epidemic. And it's not for police to tell me what's constitutional or not. They haven't supported one, not one gun violence effort in the state of New Mexico. I'm voting domestic violence protections, universal background checks, And I know you want to ask me questions, so we'll take a breath. But

it's these are NRA talking point. It's about their rights and not about anybody else's. And it's not a band. It's a temporary pause, okay, so that we can make this community safer. Tepporary palls guys two weeks to flatten the curve, and then what it is, Tipperary balls two weeks flatten the curve. I'm sorry anybody who anybody who says even anything remotely close to two weeks of flatten the curves should just be shot on the spot, like, nope, we tried that. Ship or machete. Yeah, no trial

or nothing. They say, you don't get a trial, you don't you don't get a hearing, you don't need anything. We know who the criminals are, and fuck their due process off with their heads. Oh man, let's see right here, we've got the we had what's his last Adams? Adams in New York City. He's a joke, motherfucker. He was up there crying the blues the other week. He's up there crying the blues. He's like, both, were you in trouble? That's what he was saying.

He's saying. He was saying that the microt crisis is going to destroy New York City. Now, I thought they had a whole lot to do with them shutting all the businesses down, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, and they got all this not residential but commercial property that's not being used, which we do see more and more companies trying to get people back at work right now, back in the office, and they're not even they're not even making it where they have to go to the office for for the full week. They're like, hey, man, come in to office for two days. So it's like I shall not go to man, good to the office for two days, dog, because I

know you ain't doing it at the house. Look, man, I'm just sorry, but I know I know what it takes to do a lot of those people job, and I know what they'd be doing at the house because we've seen them. I've seen all I need to see in twenty twenty. Alright. Everything I need to see about remote work, I've seen it in

twenty twenty. All right. If you're not doing a podcast, all right, or some data analysts or something like that, you need to take your ass to work because you ain't gonna do shit at the house, all right. I'm just I'm just trying to tell you, man, I'm trying to tell you and both folks that did said that, what was it I think it was a couple of months ago Disney was trying to get some people back

at work. They already lay some folks off and they're like, hey, man, you need to come back to work, and they we're like, we'll never do that, never again. I'm like, think, you know they're firing folk right now, right, I mean, you got another gig lined up. I swear to got the level of fucking pampered like entitled, fucking spoil bitches in this fucking country is its fucking believable. Unbelievable, Like maybe these people should get out of high school and be forced to do like

a year hard labor. They put them on the fucking chain gang and then send them back to society no matter what, no crime or nothing, just chain gang. Everybody. It's it's just shame gang, mansa. Forget everything else. Just shame gang. That's it. That's all we need to do is to just do that. Yeah. But so yeah, that so we're having issues with that now of course. And I try to tell people this

all the time. People are like, well damn man, you know, and it comes to like getting parts and the car industry and certain things that you're trying to get now that you still can't really get stuffs on back over. I'm like, all this is ramifications for what we did in twenty twenty. I was like, but that right there, you want to talk about a changing of the guard. It's like that was like the invention of the wheel. You know what I'm saying. Twenty twenty was just like the invention

of the wheel. That shit, but it it took out a whole lot of stuff, you know what I'm saying. Race relations really went in the gutter during that time because we had to George Floyd. Now you've got paranoid people who were scared to death to go out and if somebody sneezes, they go hiding unne to the table, like earthquakes here, you know what I'm saying, Oh the hurricanes coming. You got people are not going back to work, all right. So you've got production lines that are still struggling.

So I mean, but you want to talk about a recovery that had never happened. That the recovery has never happened ever. That thing about where where I'm at. But we we we were three years later, almost four years later, and we still can't feel the lot of with cars, new cars to this day, really still don't have a lot of new cars. No, no, I'm used to Nope, that boy used to be chocolate bot full top to bottom. We might have ten to fifteen at a time.

That's lucky. That's why it's crazy. Were becoming Cuba.
