Well, we're past the halfway point of the season, but it is the BYE week, and eight games have been more than enough time to get a pretty good handle on what Washington Football is all about in 2023, and the early returns have been nothing short of interesting, to say the least. At 5-0, the Huskies are firmly inside the country's top-10 teams with an October 14 battle royale against Oregon next on the schedule. ESPN Game Day is sure to come to Seattle, so get prepared!  But during the bye week, it's a great time to reflect on the first half of the season and think about the players, coaches, and plays that got them to where they are.  The guys at Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds, Chris Fetters, Scott Eklund - were given the task of picking from the below categories, and a couple of sentences justifying their selections.
