DAW Evolution VII : n-Track Studio - Past, Present, Future !

Hosted by Vin Curigliano of AAVIM Technology, I am joined by guest co-host Pete Brown of Microsoft and special guest Flavio Antonioli who is the Founder of n-Track Studio.

We discuss Flavio's early history with computers, technology and coding , and how that lead a path to his founding and development of n-Track. We cover the history and the ongoing challenges of maintaining the development of the application across multiple platforms, both desktop and mobile.

We take a deep dive into the various milestone versions of n-Track, cover the areas of musical time vs audio time, discuss multiprocessing / multithreading routines in regards to the complexity of threading to hybrid CPU architectures, etc.

We also discuss n-Tracks future development, the interaction with the end user base and much, much more.
