Episode description

What is law?

By David Espericueta Espinosa.

Law is a normative and institutional system or order that regulates the external behavior of people, inspired by the postulates of justice and legal certainty, that regulates social coexistence and allows resolving conflicts of legal relevance, which can be imposed coercively.

Giving an answer to the question: Why is it so difficult to access it in a country like Mexico? I believe that corruption, impunity and the abuse of power characterized by public servants who commit these abuses is one of the great problems that prevent the correct application of the laws in Mexico.
Intrinsically, in the world, different countries have shown us that good judicial systems cannot exist without anticipating and punishing these three great evils.
