I will only say that the Minnesota Goodbye is going to be very abbreviated today because we just fucking god damn it. We recorded the podcast and we were fifteen or twenty minutes in and it was good. It was a fun one. And I look up at the waveform because I have to check the shitty equipment here and there's no wave for him. So we just recorded and didn't record twenty minutes of a podcast. I can sum up what we've talked about.

Give me, because I have talked about Dave. You started it off talking about something you were asked at an event last night of what did you do your due to yourself that you wanted like a partner to What did I do sexually to myself that I wanted a partner to do? And I didn't have a story, So I said, if I had a story, I would drip candle wax on myself and then tell susan, Wow, this is really hot. Let's drip candle wax on each other. Okay, So that

was story number one. That was number one, and Bailly and I both agreed we don't really have anything really, Yeah, So then what was the next story? The next one was I'm so salty about that happens once a week, it really does. The next was an email from a super awesome person who did D and D characters for all of us as well, And honestly, it's probably good that we kind of didn't record all that because it was a lot of descriptor pictures and you can't see them, but we are

going to put them up on the website. And I don't know if this person said we could say their name, I think we probably could. Robert. Robert did it, and so shout out to him. Yeah, he's in Sonoma, California, which I'm very flattered that he listens a country away. Yeah, and so he did that based off of Bailey's What'd you Bring in Yesterday where she created D and D characters for us as well. So shout out to both of you for making us D and D characters and we'll

get those posted online. And then the next was an email about how Dave says coffee and vaunt. Yeah, I say it like somebody says I'm not being a Karen. Her name is Judy, and she said I say V A U N T instead of V O and T, And I truly cannot hear the difference. Yeah, I don't. I don't hear it either, But I know a lot of people didn't hear the tea at the end of Vant's name, so they thought it was a Vaughn this oh yeah. Yeah.

They were very confused and they're like, oh, Vaughn, and We're like, no, it's Vont And he doesn't want us people to know that his real name is Davante. So uh full name, yeah, so, but his real name is Davante, but he goes by Vant. And then the last was you brought up how have you ever not liked someone at first and then you got to know them a little bit more, and then they

grew on you and you like them. And that was based on basically somebody that I met on social media and I didn't like this stuff that they posted because it was just bizarre and just weird. And so I met them at a couple of events, and then every time I meet them, I like

them better. And so I saw her last night at a party and she was funny, and she was witty and quick, and she laughed at the right places, you know, like you tell a joke and the other person looks at you like, huh, and then you have to go I'm just joking, you know what I mean, because they don't know. But we were talking about how she said, yeah, I think the whole Taylor Swift and Travis Kelthy thing Kelsey thing is a conspiracy, and I said me too,

and so we laughed and we bonded. And so have you ever met somebody that you didn't like it first, but then you liked them as you met them? And then Jenny started talking about webgirl Tina. Yeah, it was Tina because I used to work with a guy named Mike who was our web guy too, and when they let him go, I was really sad

because him and I worked very closely together. And so then when Tina started sitting in the studio with me, we just didn't open up to each other right away because I was like not willing to almost because I missed Mike, and Tina's not really an open book right off the bat. You got to get to know her better, and so I just I didn't really like love her at first, but then we became super super tight and we're still really

good friends even though she doesn't work at iHeart anymore. But also our old Mike Girl Raven. She also didn't like Tina at first, so Tina just knows she is very likable. But a first impression sometimes it's always like, yeah, I don't know. Is she a nice person? We don't know because she likes to she has a bit of an RBF, and she admits that herself. That's the only reason I am saying it. Okay, I feel that though for sure I also have an RBF. I don't think that

you do, but okay, because I sit like it. So I sit for I put my face in a way that makes it look like I don't, but if I relax my face, then I would, And that's just your natural face. I've never noticed that. Yeah, it's so funny because

I know you really like. Everybody likes Tina. But I when I first met Tina, we met at a sleep number store appearance, and we started talking about the movie Interstellar or I think or something, and Tina and I hit it off right away, and I remember thinking, for somebody who's like so much younger than me, she's really easy to talk to. And so I never got the cold shoulder from Tina that the way you thought you might

have been a little bit, but yeah, Tina was delight. I think always said Tina was one of the nicest people in the building because she was so genuine. There was nothing phony about Tina. If she was in a bad mood, you knew that she was in a bad mood, but she was most of the time just very level. Yeah, it is chill. Yeah, it was chill nice Yet I did the meter. I've never met her before, and I can give you the definitive answer if she seems like

a bitch or not. Yeah. And it was funny because we used to give Tina such a hard time about being perpetually single, and then she's not anymore. She's got a boyfriend that's going for a couple of years now, right, I think they've been dating for like three a little over three years now. Yeah. Is there any plan of like getting married or anything,

if she talked about I'm not sure entirely. I know that, like they just both have like life plans first, So I don't know that marriage is like super on the table at the moment, but they definitely have talked about marriage. Yeah, And that was pretty much it for the Minnesota Goodbye. There was one more that I was I was going to read this email. But remember at this point we had talked about fifteen or twenty minutes, and now we're up to about five. But Thankee, I'm going to go back

to I'm in a better mood now. It's just it's like, it's like if you typed a big document on your computer at work and then you went to look at it and it didn't save and it's not there. It's like fuck, And it happened to me. Yeah, and it happens all the time. And it's not that we have bad equipment. We just have old equipment. Yeah. I mean, it's very nice for two thousand and four.

But all right, next one, stephanieche is I don't understand why, but I've been seeing so many toddlers running around with full on mullets in the past couple of years. Am I the only one noticing this? Or do others see it too? No? I have seen it too. I'm curious if the kid or parents chose the hairstyle. Sometimes toddler's can have a lot of crazy opinions and it's easier to just give in. But I can't imagine a toddler would make that decision to have a mullet. Please let me know

if ayondy else is seeing this. I have not yet seen a child or adult who can wear a mullet without looking silly. That is right, Tata from Stephanie. I do see it. It used to be very popular to have a kid with a tail. Yeah, so a long tail going down the back of their head. Jordan trey Bant he had a long tail on his hair. Kid from school. Yep, it was a big deal. He was the only one. But he had short hair and then this long

tail. Jordan Trey ba It was kind of a cool thing. So I'm gonna guess growing up in the middle of hick Vilkin, Wisconsin, in Fondu Lac, did there a lot? Was there a lot of kids with tails? Not the mullet tails. I would say a little bit more mullets, because you know, business in the front, party in the back, baby, and so I'd say a little more of that. Okay. I think mullets are cute. I mean, I'm here for it. I think that

certain people can definitely pull it off. There's definitely a more hipster mullet vibe that I think circulates right now. If you head over to Northeast. Yeah, yeah, not the like short like little bitty short bangs and then like the straight long in the back that's very like, I don't know, Nascar, Not that one, the like the TikTok mullet. That's a nice mullet, that's very Nascar. How do you tell a friend of yours who still has and it is a woman friend of mine, and I don't think she

listens to the podcast, so I think we're safe. How do you tell a woman who is in her late forties that her hairstyle from when she was twenty five is not a good hairstyle anymore? And I don't care. I love her no matter what, but it is a very conspicuously dated hairstyle. And I am not trying to be sexist and man explaining that there's a man telling a woman how to do her hair. You would look at her hair and you would say, oh my god, that's a hairstyle from nineteen ninety

five. Yeh, big bubble bangs. I guess that's what you call it, but that's precisely what it is. This is the bang where you take the curler, you wrap it around your bangs, and then you like it bubbles out. Yeah, stuff's kind of coming back, though, is it. It is a little bit. I can show you a picture of someone who works on a big radio show that has that kind of hairstyle. Well, i'll show you off air. I'm not going to say who it is. Okay, Well, I'm not going to say anything. And I have

mentioned it. I'm like, oh, you know what, you should get your hair. I don't know, but I didn't want to be like rude and say your hair looks like, you know, like the nineties. Sure, but I think that they need that like awakening, though I would never say I just would want them to come to it on their own. I don't know. I don't have an answer for you of how to tell someone

that thet does ugly. I think that it's kind of like when you don't realize how old a shirt is. You love a shirt and you wear it, and then you look at a picture of yourself from two thousand and six and you're wearing that shirt and you're like, oh fuck, I didn't realize that shirt's like when nearly twenty years old, and I still love that shirt. So all right, any comments? Sorry for the abbreviated version, but you know, we did our best and life goes on, or does it?

I hope it does. What did you just do? That's a song from Epcot from Illuminations Reflections. Well, how's it go? It goes like we move on? No, no, no, something like that, we carry on. I don't remember the words. Is that from a ride? No, it's from the our work show at the end of the at the end of the night, the Illuminations Reflections of Earth. You may you amaze me the weird stuff that you know. That's impressive. All right, thanks

for being here on the Minnesota goodbye. Send emails because we need you or Bailey's gonna sing again. Ryan Show at KDIWB dot com.
