Meanwhile singer Hal Sparks embodies the vocal stylings and charisma of both David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar. Together with bassist Victor Broden and drummer Jeff Page this hard rock quartet makes up Nerd Halen, California’s only Van Halen tribute band with a nerdy twist.
