#47 Remembering Brody Stevens
Feb 27, 2019•32 min
Episode description
Sadly, last week's episode #46 starring the great Brody Stevens was probably one of the last podcasts he did that fateful week.
When Brody Stevens invited me into his home for last weeks episode, I had no way of knowing it would be my last time seeing him.
The plan was to maybe podcast for 45-60 minutes but I ended up visiting with him for 5 hours. It was great to talk with him at great length without any distractions.
I told him that sunshine, fresh air and exercise is a mood elevator and that we should start walking/running and working out with a medicine ball.
I didn't want him to think it was just talk so I dropped down and did some pushups. He went next as I cheered him on with his catch phrases.

We had some laughs. We talked about things that worried us. We talked about plans for the future.
When I left his apartment (In the Valley!) he walked me down to the lobby and gave me a hug.
A hug goodbye.
I like many people, will miss you Brody.
Brody is me friend.
As you could imagine, this was a very difficult episode to put together.
I want to thank Steve Simeone for talking with me on the podcast and and also just being a great friend to talk to.
I hope this episode helps and comforts you, the listener.
We started this podcast to bring joy and light into people's lives and I will continue to make that my mission on for this show, my standup, and my life.
I appreciate you reading this and listening.
