On the afternoon of February 12th , 2013 in a small sleepy mountain town on the outskirts of Los Angeles in San Bernardino County. A Former esteemed United States Naval Lieutenant , and LAPD officer Christopher Dorner . Found himself barricaded inside an empty cabin in Big Bear , CA waging a war against the LAPD and all law enforcement of the surrounding region . What seemed to be a normal winter afternoon in the small mountain town would soon play out into a shootout and standoff that even Hollywood productions struggle to replicate. For weeks the FBI , and every federal & local law enforcement agency in the country were hunting one man , making him the most wanted and dangerous person in the nation , theirs fear and anger justified for in turn this highly trained & armed figure had in turn been hunting them.
