Opened in 1910 in Louisville, Kentucky, the Waverly Hills Sanatorium opened it's doors to accommodate 40-50 patients suffering from tuberculosis. This two-story building grew to fit over 400 patients, becoming one of the most modern and well-equipped facilities at the time.
