Last Will and Testament: Serial Killer Larry Gene Bell

Shari Smith was just getting ready to graduate from high school. She stops at the mailbox in front of her house to check the mail but she never comes inside. Her father gets worried and drives to the mailbox down the long drive. Shari's car is running. The passenger door is open. Shari is nowhere to be found. The FBI is brought in. Two days after the abduction, the kidnapper begins calling the Smith family using a creepy voice distortion unit. He taunts Shari's mother and her sister, Dawn. The FBI taps the phone lines and the kidnapper calls again. This time, he has instructions for the family. A letter has been sent to them and he tells them it's from Shari. When the family gets the letter, it is Shari's Last Will and Testament. Then, the kidnapper leads the police to Shari's body through a phone call with detailed instructions. The hunt for a killer is on and when they find him, they realize he is not just a killer, he is a serial killer
