A Strange and Unknown Serial Killer: Charles Ray Hatcher

Our story begins with the birth of Charles Ray Hatcher. We discuss his alcoholic and abusive father, Jesse James Hatcher and the horrific event Charles witnessed as a child, the electrocution of his older brother while flying a kite attached to a wire. Charles becomes a criminal while still a child and then he is sent to prison for the first time. There, psychiatrists diagnose him with different mental illnesses and disorders but he never gets real treatment. And then, when he is released, children start disappearing. We discuss new studies regarding serial killers, the abuse they report suffering during childhood, and their motivation to commit horrific crimes
