I have been thinking about everything I’m grateful for. Jeg har tænkt på alt, hvad jeg er taknemmelig for. When I want to complain, I think about the suffering of others. Når jeg vil klage, tænker jeg på andres lidelser. Then I remember that my life is actually very good. Så husker jeg, at mit liv faktisk er meget godt. I have a lot to be thankful for. Jeg har meget at være taknemmelig for. My family loves me, and I have many friends. Min familie elsker mig, og jeg har mange venner.

I know that when I’m feeling sad, I can reach out to a friend. Jeg ved, at når jeg er ked af det, kan jeg kontakte en ven. My friends always help me to put things into perspective.
