Mark Herschberg has three degrees from MIT. He teaches at Harvard and MIT and is also a retired competitive ballroom dancer. He created The Career Toolkit, which teaches leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to people who want to build their professional ethicacy. When Mark first graduated from MIT, he had all of the skills to do a job, but he didn’t have the communication skills to get the job.
He talks about growing up with a love for learning, which expands beyond college. He discusses how college can be beneficial and also other institutions that can help in other ways.
