Kathryn Albany-Ward is the CEO of Colour Blind Awareness, a not-for-profit organisation advocating for people with colour blindness. 1 in 12 men and boys in the UK are colour blind, and 1 in 200 women or girls. When Kathryn’s son was diagnosed with colour blindness she realised the lack of awareness in sports of the condition and has since worked with numerous grassroots and elite sports groups to remedy this.
