This is Dan Patrick takes a game. Gambling was something that I did a clever way to circumvent Dan actually making bets himself by using a proxy. All right. Well, last week, you know you weren't allowed to really talk. I had those same two women with me again. America wanted to know how did you get the name nicknamed bad Lair and you know you were very very coy. Yes, well, Dan, there was there was a number of incidents back in high school where you weren't bad enough to do this, and after you do every one of them, finally this became bad Lader and
then bad man. And then when I went to Province, I was gonna try and shy away from the nickname. And too many letters who were written addressed to bad Lacker X and Bobby Calaries didn't let me forget it. I love it that you get mail at your dorm in college. Layer, Um, do not deliver to the dorm to a post office box, Dan Flaving Center, in traditional bad fashion, you have to put po box there. Alright, let's recap, Dylan, recap what happened last week here? Um, alright,
big news. I went positive so at five and four overall record last week, which is pretty good on the up and up, um, which I think sets me back only five units for the season. Okay, which is pretty good, I have to say. But it just don't pound ourselves in the back. Okay, I said, pretty good. If you get into the positives, then we can pound ourselves. Um. But yeah, let's see. So last week, um went two and two in college. So Michigan covered against Wisconsin since
he covered against Notre Dame. And then my doubled down on Old Miss with the Ole Miss spread and the over eighty which was ambitious and that to uh it would help if Old Miss scored. Yeah, they usually are good at that. They were not. It was Alabama that so all right, now we talked about Alabama's defense. Yeah, that was I mean, I was, like I said last time, I purely past that off of the previous season, which is definitely smart. How did a bad layerd do? Um?
Then my three units straight best one four and one and the one loss. You know, we did this on Thursday. Gronk was playing and they didn't play in the game. Not that I would have changed my pick. I'm just pointing that out to you. My teasers. Um, I had a bunch of friends of mine called me worrying about my financial status because whenever Notre Dame loses and the Jets and Giants both went on a weekend, I'm happy
to get out of here alive. You went oh and four on your teasers, and you were four and three overall. Where do you stand? Uh? So Dylan on the year, you're minus five units. You've got Seattle wins the Super Bowl. I owe you that dinner. Ye, I'm gonna give you another one. Also, so you're talking about if what happened this past weekend happens again, if it ever happens again, Okay, I'll take you on that too. I mean that's probably a longer shot than the Seahawks winning Super Yeah. But uh, anybody

I have my one, two three, I have five one unit pro But I thought this week was very tough. Um. I got Seattle plus t two and a half, the Steelers minus one. I'm just not full. And Denver hasn't beating anybody. I'm not worried about Denver. Seahawks plus two and a half, Steelers minus one, the Bears plus six,
the Titans minus three and a half. And I'm not so sure about this one. But the Cards minus five, they're all they're all one unit bets. Okay, all right, uh dealing, what do you have? Um? Well, so Larry we're actually an agreement. On tonight's game. I have Seahawks plus two and a half against the Rams. Also, so if you like changing your did you see bad Larry's picks and you change your pen I've been riding this
Hawks all season, Okay, my team? Alright, alright, um? And Dan said during the show today to don't bet against Russell Wills. No, I don't like to butt against Russell Wills. Um. So I've got that tonight. That's two units. I'm taking the Chargers minus two against the Browns two units, um. And then I've got to one unit bets with the Texans plus eight and a half against the Patriots and the Giants Cowboys under fifty two and a half. And my big bet, three unit bet, it's the Saints minus
two against the football team. I noticed a trend. The Saints have won every other game so far this year, and they lost last week's Naturally, the reason would have it they're probably gonna win this one. Uh. We got ahead of ourselves just because of the game Thursday night. College, bad layer, you got anything? College? What you go on? Notre Dame this week? I have a three unit bet on Notre Dame minus one if I'm going to the
Notre Dame wins. When I go to the game, you're going back to that that watering hole again after last week? Did this week I didn't have, Dylan, I'm going to the game. Okay, then you have to be in Virginia. I wouldn't go to the game if I didn't have any money on it. So yeah, I got Notre Dame minus one my only college Okay, big, big, big. That is kind of fun funky line too. I know I think it's supposed to rain there and under maybe I'm just no, I'm just throwing it up there, Dylan. What's
your college bets? Um? So, I got four this week, all two units since minus twenty nine against Temple, UM Texas plus three and a half against Oklahoma and the Red River showdown. Um I kind of liked them straight up there too, but I'll stick with the points. Um Arkansas Ole Miss over sixty seven, going hoping Old Miss can actually score this week, which you know that'll probably backfire as his tradition. And Ohio State minus twenty one
against Maryland. Maryland got killed by Iowa, and I feel like Ohio States due to beat the crab out of somebody again, what was your reaction to, Uh, the ten legs parlay? The guy won a ten Yeah, there's they like basically live streamed him sweating it out the whole game too. Is the Chargers Raiders game. I think so he just needed Chargers minus three or whatever to hit the last leg of it, and that's it's a pretty big roller coaster video. But there's a lot like I
see in the online all the time. There's just people with like these fifteen leg parlays and they have like one that you know they just need like the lions down to win, like four hundred thousand dollars or something. But maybe we'll get one of those in this year. But but you like parlays, don't you learn? Um? I do a couple with my son Johnny P. I let him pick a couple every week. Um, but not fifteen legs, four or five legs the most can you explain the
difference between a teaser and a parley? Parleys and just some whatever the line is you have to win by that line. Teasers three team teasers you get to adjust each game by ten points. And I have one of them this week. It's a five unit bed actually, Dan, so while explain that while we're doing it. Um, I had the under in the Jet game. I know the game's in London. Those people over there like to see a lot of field goals, so let's kick a couple of field goals. I have under fifty six and a half.
In the Jets game. The line was fifty six line with forty six and a half, so you get ten points to adjust line. And I'm taking this kind of going against Dylan a little bit. I'm taking Washington plus eleven and a half against the Saints. Dylan, you can win your Saint game. I don't care. Just don't just don't blow me out. I I think it's not going to be that close. I think the Saints steam roll them. Actually I do, like to Taylor Enekey, I'm I'm I'm
in until Hinuchy though he's got moxie. But I don't know. I just this seems like a perfect game for the Saints to unload and then by Daniel think is a big blowout. It's fine, fine, but then then the third third leg of that is the Tampa Bay Bucks. You know, just have to win the game and a half a point.
