The end is much closer than it was fifteen minutes ago, and now it's just a question does Biden make it as the presumptive nominee. Does he make it through tomorrow? Do they time this
now to try to disrupt and distract from the GOP convention next week? But the end is so very close. And if you haven't heard the news, and I don't think it made it into ABC News at the top just moments ago, Joe Biden, who has been a gaff machine his entire life, but obviously now is very sadly and steep and rapid decline. Joe Biden referred to Zelensky after this big build up, all these great things about Zelensky.
He introduced him as Putin, and now I want to hand it over to the President of Ukraine who has as much courage as he has determination, ladies, and John, I'm a president Putin. President prudent, You've got big President, President Lensky, I'm so focused on being putin we got to worry about it anyway. Yeah, No, We've We've got a lot to worry about, right And and so we got two things going on right. As
we've talked about for a long time on this show. You, your children, your your entire family, your neighborhood, your church, all of us are in so much more danger as Americans right now, all of the good people of the world are in so much more danger because we do not have a president. And evil sees that. And you see how evil has been feasting on that for a long time now. And and now obviously this arouses evil. Evil is even more but evil knows it's on the clock. Evil
knows it's on the clock. They're counting the days to inauguration day. So it's a very very dangerous time for America in the free world because we do not have a president. So the fact that Biden will soon no longer be the dem nominee is I've been telling you for a year and a half, but does not fix the problem that he is likely to continue as the US president. So we start the show with that. Obviously, we have this what the White House is bizarrely labeled big Boy press conference coming up, and
we'll carry it live here on the Dan Kapli Show. Now, the reason they've labeled it big boy in quotes press conference, in my view, is because it will be the opposite of that, right, and so they want to call it that and message it as that and get everybody thinking it was that, But it really won't be that. Biden could not survive a true big boy press conference, So whatever we're going to get today is not going to be that. But whatever it is, we will listen to it together.
But clearly, at this point it's what I've been predicting all along. But it's now down to what hours days. Maybe he hangs on long enough to disrupt the GOP convention next week, but then kind of the fun twist today. The fun twist today is that the Biden camp has put out their talking points on this, and we've got so many great variations of this. Why don't we go to Mika on this first? Who has been she and
Joe the worst of the Biden liars and apologists. So now it is, and this is probably true what the Biden camp is putting out that Obama is behind all of this. Obama is behind the green lighting of the takedown of Biden, is behind Clooney's op ed, etc. I don't doubt that's true for a second. I think it's fascinating. I think it's wonderful in terms of exposing the left, everybody on the left, including Obama, for who they really are. But here's me on that this doesn't George Clooney. But
but well, what do you mean it wasn't? Come on, well, who do you think it was? It was not Matt Damon, it wasn't Julia Roberts. Do you think it was? You can say the name, It's not Baltimore. Are you saying you think Barack Obama put him up to this? I think that Barack Obama has a lot of influence, and I think that there's uh, there's a lot there. No, the Biden camp right now is put it out there, this is Barack Obama behind all this.
But think about that, Think about what that does to the Democratic Party. Think about what that means. Now, does that make it more likely that Michelle Obama is going to be the nominee, which she will be if she wants to be, or does it make it less likely that Barack Obama has has suddenly green lighted all of this, which explains a lot, right. It explains his press, which has been an active part of the cover the worst political cover up in American political history, that the press has been
a very active partner in all of that. But all of a sudden, magically the night of the debate, everybody's getting text and everything else during the debate, and all of a sudden they do this one eighty Well, it could be explained by, Okay, the press real has his wait a second, we've been busted, We've been found out. Now we have to try to cover ourselves. Could just be that. On the other end, it could be Obama and his network during the debate seeing that as their opportunity to
unleash and just greenlight the press to go after Biden. And that is exactly what is happening right now. So is time very very short And the way it's coming down, Hey, it's it's great for Trump, who I desperately want to see get a second term. Now, it's great for Trump and it's great for Republicans, but it's also bad because it means that Biden is not going to last that much longer. Every day we can get a Biden hanging on is helpful to Trump, helpful, helpful to the GOP. But
it's not going to last much longer. You say every day, Dan, it could be by the hour now, and it could be by the minute because in real time right now, Dan, this was just posted on predicted. So there's these foreign betting markets as to who will be the nominee.
After the comment just now by President Biden mistaking Zelenski for putin, Kamala harris Is stock shot up fifteen percentage points, Joe Biden's dropped by ten to thirty three percent, Kamala Harris now at fifty three percent to be the nominate Way, can I legally bet on this stuff? Because if I could, I'd be a trillion there? Right? Maybe? Yeah, I'm come up. Who has been more right about more of this stuff for longer? But let me walk you down that path real quick. Of is it going to be
Kamala Harris? And might there be some kind of a liance built between the Obamas and Kamala Harris? What's they you? Well, it goes back to what I've been saying, It's going to be whoever Barack Obama wants it to be. I mean, do you think he might want it to be kamalahsas? Sure? Sure, listen, it very well could be because one of the scenarios out there, one of the scenarios out there, an awful lot of Democrats who have an interest in Trump winning in this cycle because then it
is open. The office is open in twenty eight. Everybody knows it's open in twenty eight. And there are an awful lot of Democrats who think their best chance is going to be in an open cycle in twenty eight, where the campaign starts now for twenty eight right now. Where Obama fits into that, or where whoever it is Obama wants to be president fits into that. I can't know from the outside because I don't know whether he wants Michelle as
president or not. I don't know whether Michelle wants to be president or not. If she does, she's going to be the nominee, whether Barack wants it or not. But there are an awful lot of Democrats who because think about it from their standpoint, and I understand there's all this bizarre, irrational, venomous hatred for Trump right that interferes with their thinking and helps sink them.
I get all that. At the same time, you've got a lot of Democrats who care much more about their own advancement than they care about hating Trump. And for those Democrats, yeah, having a Democrat win in twenty four would be bad for them because they don't get to run then until thirty two. So and this other point that if Trump wins in this cycle, as we need him to, then it's likely to be a much better midterm in twenty six for the Dems because they will not hold power at that point.
So I think there are an awful lot of Dems calculating at this point in different ways. Yes, I think there's a lot of cynicism to Dan, real quick point about what you just said. Behind closed doors, We've got a lot of leaks now, right, and prominent members of the mainstream media on the left getting word from sitting members of Congress that are off the record saying, no, I don't believe the whole Trump is an existential threat to democracy stuff. If he wins, it's not that big a deal.
They're saying that, Dan, I don't think they're that concerned about it, right, And we'll break that down a bit more when you Quebec, I've got to hit this brake on time, because we plan to go to Biden's quote big Boy press conference live as soon as it starts, and when we come back, we'll replay the sound of the day, which which will hasten

Joe Biden is human, and Joe Biden has been an obvious, deep steep cognitive decline. We've talked about that, and Joe Biden has been used and abused by people, and has
used and abused America. And they've all been pulling a big con on America that we've seen through, but a lot of Americans haven't. And now Joe Biden is just out there being humiliated on a daily basis, and that is a very sad human spectacle. It's reached the point of human sacrifice. As one person said, what we're watching now, he's scheduled to do a quote big boy press conference, which assures you it will not be a big boy press conference. We'll carry it live. But this is the news of the
day. Happened just before the show started, Biden referring to Zelenski as Putin, and now I want to hand it over to the President of Ukraine, who has as much courage as he has determination. Ladies, John'm President Putin. Yeah. Now it's just a matter of minutes, maybe a matter of hours, maybe a few days. Maybe they try to hold on with him until the start of the GOP convention, so they can distract from that,
but it will not be long down. What if it was like pro wrestling, Dan and in a plot twist, Vladimir Putin walked out from behind the curtain. Yeah, you know right now, you wouldn't be surprised by anything. You would not be surprised by anything. So obviously it raises a lot
of questions if you just joined us. We're also talking about many of the Biden defenders now in media saying it's Barack Obama behind this, Barack Obama behind the Clooney ap ed in the New York Times calling for Biden to exit. So in your mind, does it make it more or less likely that Michelle is going to be the nominee? Now, I do want to get to this, and you can go to at Dan Kaplis on Twitter because this song is so appropriate right now. It's the first song I've written and published a
parody song. I'm hang on Sloopy, hang on Joey. The point being, obviously, every day that that the Biden family selfishly clings to power is great for Trump and great for all GOP candidates. Unfortunately, it isn't going to last long. But let's let's hope Joey hangs on for at least a few more days. Today was supposed to be the day that Donald Trum, a former American president, was sentenced to jail for a crime he did not commit in a politically motivated Banana Republic trial and conviction. In my humble opinion, that's what today was supposed to be.
So think about the flip instead of the ultimate in the eyes of the left, the ultimate disgrace this former president sentenced to jail in a New York courtroom. What happens. Today's the day Joe Biden's presidency essentially ends, though he'll remain in office with power and theory, Today's the day his as for all
practical purposes, his campaign for reelection ends. So on a day that was supposed to be the ultimate depths of despair and humiliation for Donald Trump, it's the ultimate depths of despair and humiliation for the man who has perverted the justice system to try to barry an opponent he can't beat at the polls. Good to think about eight five or zero five? A two five five the number
we're waiting for the so called Big Boy press conference to start. The White House labeled it that way, which guarantees you it will be the opposite of that. Really can't wait to get your take. You know that the fact it appears to be at this point, I don't think anybody's arguing it that Obama is behind this. Obama is behind this green lighting of the truth about Biden in order to out Biden, in order to oust Biden. What do you think that means for who the DEM nominee is going to be and how

Joe Scarborough obviously a big part of the cover up. But every Dem has been Bennett, Hick and Looper, all of them. Bennett trying to cleanse himself by coming out now and saying no, no, no, Trump's going to destroy Biden, et cetera. But he's
stick. Bennett's just trying to inoculate himself. They've all been part of the cover up, the Biden campaign, and many Democratic officials do believe that Barack Obama is quietly working behind the scenes to orchestrate this. So what's Obama's endgame? What is Obama's end game? I'd love to hear from you on this. A fi five four zero five A two five five the number text D an five seven seven three nine. Is it to put Michelle in there?
I'm not assuming that it is, because she could have it anyway. Yeah, what's the endgame? First of all, I think Scarborough knows a lot more than he's letting on in terms of the inner workings of all of this Dan and he makes the point in a subsequent clip there that the more an Obama or a David Axelrod or these kind of establishment types try to tell Joe what to do, the less likely Joe is to do it, and the more obstinate he'll become. So I don't I think this might backfire in Barack.
Oh, we can only hope, right, because obviously every date Biden hangs in there is better for Trump. But not a chance. And here's why. Because this is like and you've probably you know, we've all seen the national geographic stuff, et cetera, right where you get, okay, you've got maybe it's a water buffalo, maybe it's a zebra, and then you've got the one lion hanging off its back, and then or maybe it's a hyaena. But pretty soon there are fifty of them, and Biden is
getting taken down before our eyes. So even if even if hunter Biden decides that because it's it's Obama trying to take Biden down, No, they're gonna dig in and they're gonna stay no matter what who cares. They're gonna take them down anyway they're gonna take them. They've got a hundred different ways to take him down. It's like one hundred different hyenas, you know, hanging off the zebra right now, and they're taking him down before eye. What
does it mean for what comes next? Well, scheduled to start in a few minutes is the quote big boy press conference labeled that way by the White House. existent. We don't have a president right now, we don't have a commander in chief. The enemies know that as he calls the Lynsky Putin. Yeah, and there's one thing Americans will not tolerate across party lines, and that is being laughed at. And think about this, and we're awaiting the well, big boy press conference. You would think if it's such a big boy press conference, it would start on time, right right, big boys,
Big boys show up on time. Big boys show up on time, say bring it on, come on, but no, this big boy press conference is now eight minutes late. But today, and I know we're going to hit this break early, so hopefully we time it to when this press conference starts. But think about it. Today was supposed to be the day that that Biden and the Left were to humiliate Donald Trump to the max by having him sentenced to jail in a New York courtroom, in a perversion of the
justice system, a wrongful conviction that was supposed to be today. And do you think it's a coincidence that today is the day that Biden's reelection bid ends for all practical purposes, It doesn't matter when the announcement's made, or today is the day that, for all practical purposes his presidency ends, so he will have the mantle of power, he'll be largely irrelevant. He's viewed as gone at this point. Do you think that's a coincidence that those two things
both today and of course Trump's sentencing now off and may never occur. That conviction may have to be thrown out. It should be thrown out for lots of reasons, but it may have to be vacated before there's even a sentencing based upon the US Supreme Court ruling in the Community case, which was a correct ruling. the day. The other big news of the day is that the Biden camp at this point term media sura gets saying that it's Obama who's behind this effort to oust Biden, and many saying, well, that'll just cause Biden to dig in further. No, it won't, no, because it doesn't matter what Hunter Biden wants right now. And as I've been explaining for a long
time, you know, Hunter Biden is calling the shots. Joe Biden has to do what Hunter Biden wants him to do, because Hunter Biden can walk into a prosecutor's office in my opinion, he can walk into a TV studio, he can walk into a book publisher, and he can destroy Joe Biden and destroy his legacy. And so that was confirmed, right, my theory was confirmed when NBC reported that Hunter Biden is now working out of the White
House acting as Biden's gatekeeper. Right that the best protection for Hunter Biden keeping his freedom and having a regular flow of big money. Is Joe Biden getting a second term? So just factor all of that into your analysis. But with Obama reportedly and he's not denying it at this point behind the effort house Biden, he's probably proud of it. You know, what does that mean for what is to come? Is it more likely now Michelle will be the
nominee? Or what is Obama's other play? Eight five to five for Joe five A two five five the number text d A N five seven seven three nine. We continue to wait for the art of the big boy press conference. You know, one thing, Ryan, is I go to text.
That's so interesting to me. And obviously I'm so grateful for this audience and whether we agree or disagree on an issue, But there are different intensity levels for disagreement, right, and the intensity of the dismay and the anger with me when I say, wait a second, this race is about to get a lot tougher for President Trump. This race is going to be much much tougher in a week or two than it's been. Is remarkable to me because I think it's so obvious. Why would people be mad at me for saying
that It doesn't mean I support Trump less. I want Trump to win. And if you want to win, and I know this in forty years of being a lawyer, you know, for catastrophically injured people you want to win, you better be clear eyed and you better be honest with yourself and everybody else about the strengths of your opponent's case. Now, it doesn't mean they're
right and you're wrong, Not at all. We're right, they're wrong, But if you want to beat them, you better know what their strengths are, and you better be ready to face reality and defeat them in the real world. And you know, denials not just a river in Egypt, And we got an awful lot of people living in denial right now thinking that Okay, Biden's about to leave and then it's a slam dunk for Trump. No, it's about to get tougher for Trump. America. America is hungry for
new faces, dam America is hungry for use. Yeah, we're coming up on twenty minutes late for this press conference. And I know they're working to try behind the scenes to clean up the Putin gaff, But do you think there's a non zero chance they just call this whole thing off tonight, but there's no press conference could happen. I don't think that's going to happen. I think Joe Biden is probably more determined than ever now to have that press
conference. You know, Listen, we have all said something stupid at some point. Right There are times I go home from a show and I say, I can't believe I said that, and then I can't wait for the next day's show to start, you know, so I can get another crack at it. And that doesn't happen often, but it happens sometimes. The problem with Biden is he shot, He's gone, so it happens all the time. But for this, you can't even call it a gaff, for
this monumental failure introducing Zelensky as the most evil person in the world. Yeah, I bet he can't wait to get back out there, even if he knows at this point that he's done done, he can't wait to get back out there, is my belief. By the clash that's from Andy and Lafayette. You know what that wouldn't be to Jill. That would be the Hunter. I mean, Hunter Biden's the one who can destroy Joe. Can anybody else explain why or offer any other reason why Hunter Biden is now operating out of the White House. Is Joe Biden's gatekeeper. The only way he could get within one hundred miles of
the White House, let alone operate as the president's gatekeeper. Is if he has something on the president, is if he's in a position to destroy the president. Is there any conceivable, theoretical, hypothetical flaw in that logic. I don't think so. I think it's a codependent relationship in a lot of ways. Dan, I mean that literally that Hunter obviously is there out of his own self interest. I do think he cares about his father, and I think Joe, in a weird warped way, wants Hunter in his orbit.
He wants Hunter there. This is not against these are not against his wishes having Hunter in that room. But it begs the question, and Peter Doucey asked in a press conference why is Joe Biden in these high level meetings? Is she advising him? Is she making decisions for him? And of course KJP tried to deflect on that. It does warrant an explanation. Well, that the Jill sings a lot easier to understand, right, I don't think it's unusual to have a first lady who's you know where she and her
husband taught business a lot. Do you think she has put on policies? You think Milania Trump was in any of those high level meetings, of course, but that's a different scenario about Laura Bush, about Obama for that matter. Yeah, I bet Michelle Obama did not hesitate to let her views be known with Barack Obama. You're just talking about location. Now, you're talking about whether it's an Marville office or a few feet away in the bedroom.
I think that's important what Kevin McCarthy has stated in terms of when he would go in there in Jill's hovering. I don't think Michelle would do that to Barack because she wouldn't want to upstage. I mean, she wouldn't have You're one hundred percent right, and we all know why Jill's there. Jill's there because we don't have a president. He's not functional. All I'm telling you is, when it comes down to the bottom line, who makes the decisions?
Hunter Trump's Jill, he thinks, So, oh, absolutely, because Jill can't destroyed Joe. Hunter can destroy Joe's good point. Yeah, I'd be right, and I don't doubt Joe Biden loves his son as a parent loves a child. But he used him, in my constitutionally protected opinion, he used him as a bag man totally. And yeah, Hunter knows where
the bodies are buried. So eight five for zero five eight two five five I mean that metaphor, who do you I think would be more likely to get real with Joe and pull him aside and going, you know what, it's time to go Hunter or Jill, because it's got to be one of them, and it might have to be both. Well, you've got to get real with Hunter. Hunter's calling the shots. Is there any doubt about
that? Can? Seriously, can anybody suggest any other reason Hunter Biden would be operating out of the White House now as Biden's gatekeeper, according to NBC News. So let's play that out and say Hunter goes to his dad and goes, Dad, I think it's time for you to get out, but you gotta pardon me. So would there be a resignation press conference followed by a pardon of Hunter or one or the other, or how would that go?
No, you're I mean, the the pardons a done deal. That's a certainty, right, And he's going to be pardoned as as Ford pardon Nixon for all crimes against the United States. So it'll be a general pardon that's given. That's done. But they've got other considerations with the timing. Now, Biden, I don't believe he's going to resign the presidency. I think he's simply going to announce that he's not going to be the nominee.
How can he do that, Dan, How can he say I'm not going to run, but I'm going to stay in office the rest of the time with all this concern about his cognitive client him. Collin Zelenski putin today another example, Well, they've been they've been pulling this con the worst cover up in American political history now for years, So why would they hesitate to continue to pull it? That man is not going to resign the president? You don't think so? No, No, Because Dan, You and I both
know. Let's say this is a foreign fictional theory. But let's say he agrees he's going to step down and to do the best thing not just for the country, but for Kamala Harris. Let's say it's her, it's her presidency, it's her candidacy, to allow her to assume that office, have the power of incumbency to run on. Would Joe go that far? Serenity? Now, my brother, Please remember, Biden wants the Democrat nominee to lose, right, Biden wants the day Can anybody doubt that? Does anybody
think Biden's out there pulling for the Democrat nominee to win? So Joe Biden's no longer the only person to stop Trump. Hillary couldn't stop Trump, but of course Biden wants to be the only one who could stop Trump. Biden wants to be sitting there as do Hunter and Jill the day after election day, November sixth, saying Joe would have won. Yeah. Does anybody really think Joe Biden right now is thinking about or Hunter Biden or Joe Biden?
What can we do to help the successor, to help the nominee win a chance not a chance lost. Yeah, if he's gonna go down, he's going to take the rest of them with him. Right, Well, I mean all Joe Biden has ever cared about is Joe Biden, right, I mean, I'm sure he's cared about his children, but all he's cared about he It's so much more important than America, let alone his political party, and he knows much of his The powers in his political party despise him,
look down on him, and you think he likes them. Not a chance, And those fissures are becoming very obvious for people. See when Obama was present, and everybody knows it. What did you say about Joe Biden? Don't underestimate his ability to blank things up? Right? So no, no,
right now, it's kind of burning down the house. What did you make of Joe Biden and his team responding to George Clooney's op ed by saying that Joe had more stamina than George Clooney because he stayed longer at the fundraiser. There's a winning argument right there. Yeah, match popularity with George Clooney And yeah, no, he as I've been saying forever, he's done.
Now the only question is timing.
