Let it all out 

means to release strong emotions — usually by crying, shouting, or simply talking about what's bothering you. It’s about not bottling things up anymore.

Examples:

1- After the funeral, her sister took her hand and said, “It’s okay. Just let it all out. You don’t have to be strong right now.”
2-
During therapy, he finally let it all out — everything he’d been holding in since childhood.

Hello and welcome back to Daily English. Today’s expression is  Let it all out. Let’s say it together: Let. It. All. Out. let’s  Guess the meaning through these examples:

After weeks of pretending he was fine, Alex finally talked to his best friend and let it all out — the stress, the fear, the disappointment.
The movie was so touching that the whole cinema was full of sniffles — people just couldn’t help but let it all out.
What does it mean? “Let it all out” means to release strong emotions — usually by crying, shouting, or simply talking about what's bothering you. It’s about not bottling things up anymore.

  Examples:
