Definition
👉 Bouncy means full of energy, lively, and moving around a lot. It can also describe things that literally bounce, like a ball, but often we use it for people’s energy or personality.

Examples

The children were so bouncy at the birthday party.

She has a bouncy personality—always cheerful and active.

After drinking too much coffee, he became bouncy and couldn’t sit still.

The word comes from “bounce,” like when a ball hits the ground and jumps back up. So when someone is bouncy, they seem to have that same springy, unstoppable energy.

Personal Question
So, what about you? When do you feel most bouncy—in the morning, after a workout, or maybe when you’re with friends?
