A few things to note:
Genesis 12 Abram is told to leave his fathers house and go to an unknown place. We see the first mention of Bethel and we read of Abram and Sarai‘s lie to Pharaoh.
Genesis 13 Abram returns to Bethel and He and Lot go separate ways.
Genesis 14 “Four kings with five” go to war and capture Lot and all of his possession, and Abram gathers his mighty men and rescues his nephew. He also meets Melchizedek, King of Salem.
