Today's reading is Genesis 32-33, and Matthew 10.

A few things to note:
Genesis 32: Jacob prepares everyone is his band to meet his brother Esau. In this preparation, you can imagine the fear that must have gripped Jacob. Then after he sent everyone away, an Angel appeared and wrestled with Jacob. He changed his name to Israel, and blessed him!
Genesis 33: Jacob (Israel) finally meets Esau and is accepted as a brother not an enemy. He gives Esau gifts and their fellowship is restored.
Matthew 10: We hear the names of the disciples, and Jesus sets about teaching them, and instructing them to preach, heal, and proclaim, the Kingdom of Heaven.
