A few things to note:
Genesis 26: Can you believe that Isaac made the same mistake that his father Abraham made concerning Sarah? Yeah, Isaac went so far as to say "Because...Lest I die for her". I would imagine Rebekah wasn't too pleased with that statement. After this though, God begins to bless Isaac, and gives him great growth and possession.
Genesis 27: This is the infamous story of Jacob stealing the blessing from Esau. Here's a hint, it wasn't Jacob's idea. Nonetheless, Isaac, did bless Jacob, and later gave Esau a blessing too though it was considerably smaller. Rebekah instructed Jacob to go to her brother Laban's house until she sends word that it is safe to return.
Matthew 8: This chapter begins with a miraculous healing, it contains a healing solely by faith. The seas are calmed by Christ and the disciples are titled, men of little faith. To end the chapter, Matthew writes of the devils being cast out of two people that lived among the tombs.
